Angela was born and raised in New Mexico and has long been committed to serving her community. She has been actively involved in several local organizations, including Rotary, AWAN, and the Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of her professional life, Angela enjoys spending time with her family. She has four children, two daughters and two stepsons. Her husband, Mike McNeely, retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service and continues to serve his country through his work with the federal government.
