Born and raised in El Paso, Armando graduated from El Paso High and earned his finance degree from UTEP. He began his career in Scottsdale with Vanguard, advising high-net-worth individuals and families across the country on their investments and retirement plans. After attaining the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification, Armando wanted to return to El Paso to serve his community.
Armando enjoys covering all areas of financial planning for his clients, including investments, insurance, estate planning, and creating tax-efficient retirement plans always with his clients’ best interests in mind
Outside of work, you’ll find him at a coffee shop, staying active, reading about markets and financial planning topics, or spending time with family.
